The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southern Burnet County in south central Texas...
Llano County in south central Texas...

* Until 1100 PM CDT.

* At 749 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Burnet, Marble Falls, Kingsland, Llano, Bertram, Buchanan Dam,
Gainesville, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Meadowlakes, Buchanan
Lake Village, Highland Haven, Inks Lake State Park, Longhorn
Cavern State Park, Stolz, Bluffton, Lone Grove, Oxford, Smithwick
and Oatmeal.
