The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Northeastern Gillespie County in south central Texas...
Southeastern Llano County in south central Texas...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 534 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Eckert, or 14
miles northeast of Fredericksburg, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include...
Kingsland, Llano, Gainesville, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay,
Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, Eckert, Crabapple, Willow City,
Oxford, and Sunrise Beach Village.

Instructions

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,
you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
