After contacting our billing service provider, it was confirmed that the duplicate notice was sent in error due to an internal IT issue. The provider has acknowledged the mistake and confirmed that the second notice was generated unintentionally.
Residents are advised to disregard the duplicate billing notice. No additional charges have been applied, and your account balance remains unchanged.
