On behalf of the Borough of North Plainfield, Mayor La Ronde, our Council members and Administrator Hollod,
the NPFD and NPPD will be commemorating the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 events
by participating in a silent procession down Somerset Street at approximately 8:30am. This will be followed by a brief memorial tribute to the events of 9/11 and will begin at approximately 8:40 am.
The ceremony and comments will be held at the intersection of Somerset Street and Lincoln Place in front of the historic fire bell.
