- Every fall, a printed snow removal map and other information about the snow removal process is mailed to Idaho Falls residents inside the utility mailer and is available in English and in Spanish.
The rapid snowmelt has cleared roadways sooner than expected, allowing the City of Idaho Falls to lift all parking restrictions, effective immediately.
The Street Division appreciates everyone’s cooperation during Thursday's brief snow event while plows worked to remove the recent snowfall. With the warmer temperatures forecasted over the next couple of days, coupled with warm temperatures Thursday much of the snow has melted and will continue to melt.
Over Thursday, crews worked to plow priority roads and several neighborhood streets in Zone B.
Street Division personnel will continue to address problem areas.
