Temporary Detours on Manchester & Bridge Street Friday and Saturday
The contractor for the 2026 Road, Sewer, and Water Rehabilitation Program plans to detour traffic on Manchester Road from Gables Boulevard to Bridge Street and on Bridge Street from Manchester Road to Liberty Drive for periods over the next two days for resurfacing operations:
- Beginning at approximately 9 a.m. Friday, November 6 for application of oil to the roadway surface. The roadway will be reopened shortly after application, once the oil is dry.
- Beginning at approximately 7 a.m. Saturday, November 7 for placement of final asphalt surface. Paving operations are expected to be complete by the end of the day.
