The contractor for the 2026 Road, Sewer, and Water Rehabilitation Program plans to begin milling the roadway surface Wednesday, Nov. 4, on Manchester Road from Gables Boulevard to Bridge Street and on Bridge Street from Manchester Road to Liberty Drive. Beginning at approximately 9 a.m., Manchester Road traffic will be detoured. Once milling on Manchester Road is complete, traffic will be shifted and Bridge Street traffic will be detoured.

Please follow posted detour signs. To avoid delays, you may consider using an alternate route.
