Join the City for 1776 Scoops! Wheaton Ice Cream Social on July 9
At 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 9 in Memorial Park (225 Karlskoga Ave.), the City of Wheaton, in conjunction with Kilwins and Kimmer's Ice Cream, invites the community to enjoy 1,776 scoops of ice cream to celebrate our nation's 250th anniversary.
Then, stay to enjoy the Wheaton Municipal Band's concert in the park at 7:30 p.m., featuring patriotic selections, plus members from Wheaton middle school bands will join in a unique side-by-side performance.
