* At 457 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Cleveland, or near Spring Hill, moving east at 40
mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Overland Park, Lee's Summit, Grandview, Belton, Raymore, Peculiar,
Lake Winnebago, Cleveland, Stilwell, Chiles, and Bucyrus.

This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 163 and 176.
