* At 319 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
over Shoreview to over Oakdale, or along a line from 12 miles
northeast of Minneapolis to 8 miles east of St. Paul, moving
northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.
