Exciting News! New Valet Parking Pilot Launching In Downtown Norcross!



We’re making it easier than ever to explore Downtown Norcross! Starting Friday, March 14 we’re rolling out a brand-new Valet Parking Pilot Program in partnership with G5 Parking Solutions—a safe, easy and accessible way to enjoy our vibrant downtown with zero parking stress.

How It Works:

  • Drop off your vehicle at the designated valet station in the city parking lot next to The Crossing. Be on the lookout for the signs!
  • Enjoy your time downtown while our professional valets handle parking at City Hall.
  • When you're ready to leave, simply return to the valet station to pick up your car.

Hours of Operation:

  • Fridays: 3:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

  • Saturdays: 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

  • Sundays: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

For just $5 per vehicle, you can ditch the parking hunt and focus on what really matters—savoring great food, shopping local and soaking in the charm of Downtown Norcross.
