The Village of Ruidoso Emergency Operation Center has moved to Level III- Increased Readiness. 

Conditions are improving across the Village. The Emergency Operations Center has transitioned back to Level III – Increased Readiness and is beginning the shift into recovery operations. 

At this time, departments should resume normal operations while maintaining situational awareness and readiness to support ongoing recovery activities as needed. Additional guidance on recovery coordination, damage documentation, and follow-up actions will be shared as it is finalized.

I want to sincerely thank each of you for your professionalism, flexibility, and teamwork throughout this event. The collaboration across departments and with our partners made a real difference, and your efforts directly supported our community's safety and well-being.
