* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central New Mexico, including the following
area, South Central Mountains. This includes the Ruidoso area burn
scars.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms with localized rainfall rates near
2 inches per hour may lead to burn scar flash flooding. Storm
motions will be slow toward the south and east.
