* Flash Flood Warning for...
West Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 800 PM MST.
* At 559 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
between 0.75 and 1.50 inches of heavy rain near Saint David. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Benson and St. David.
This includes the following highways...
Route 80 between mile markers 299 and 303.
Interstate 10 near mile marker 308.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
